How Does Everything Start?

Step1

To get an idea of how much it can cost you to replace your old windows you:

1. Measure windows from inside (width and height including the wooden windows frame).

2. Send us email to ramunas1980@yahoo.com or give a ring on 00370 65508736. State what type of windows you need (sash windows, casement windows, tilt and turn for windows and French, entry), whether you want them to be painted or varnished, both ( painted from one side and varnished from the other side windows) or none at all, whether you require softwood or hardwood and how many openings wooden windows should have.

3. You can attach photos of existing windows and your drawings.

Step 2

Our technical engineer reviews your enquiry. If we need additional information to better understand your needs, we will contact you for clarification. Within a few days you will receive a quotation for your wooden windows directly to your mailbox. We can also send it by post if you prefer a hard copy of windows quotation. You review the quotation, prepare the questions and our project manager will give you a ring or send you an email, or else you can simply call us straight away to get an immediate response for all your questions about wooden windows.

Step 3

Once you decide to go ahead with the order, we will send you a contract. Agreeable deposit is required (30-50%) to pay. Once the contract is signed and deposit payed we will start producing your wooden windows. Normally it takes around 4-5 weeks it depends on wooden windows type you choosed.

After the installation of wooden windows we issue a 10 year quarantee of our company.
